1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the JumboPrint website and the purchase of products and services from JAMBEX DEKO SP. Z O.O. (“JumboPrint”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

EU distance-selling rules require traders to provide their identity and contact details, including physical and email addresses and telephone number if available.
3. Scope of Services
JumboPrint sells custom wall art and home decor, including but not limited to posters, framed prints, canvas prints, wallpaper, wall murals, fine art prints, and other made-to-order decorative products.
All products are offered subject to availability, technical feasibility, and final order approval.
4. Custom-Made Products
Most JumboPrint products are made to order and may be produced according to the customer’s specifications, including size, artwork, finish, material, format, or other custom requirements.
Because of this made-to-order model, product images, mockups, and previews on the website are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Quote Requests and Order Process
Orders are not automatically accepted when a customer submits a request through the website, by email, or by any other communication channel.
The ordering process generally works as follows:
- the customer sends a request, artwork, dimensions, or project brief;
- JumboPrint reviews the request and prepares a tailored quote;
- the customer approves the specifications and quote;
- JumboPrint issues an invoice;
- production starts after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order details and/or issue the invoice based on the approved specifications.
EU rules require traders to provide clear information before contract conclusion and to confirm the contract after it is concluded.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including key characteristics, available materials, and production options.
Because products are custom-made, slight differences in scale, color appearance, texture, cropping, or finish may occur between digital previews and the final physical product. Screen displays and printed output may not match exactly.
Pre-contract product information must be clear and understandable under EU consumer rules.
7. Customer Files and Artwork
Customers may submit artwork, photographs, logos, text, measurements, layouts, or other content for custom production.
By submitting any file or content, the customer confirms that:
- they own the content or have the legal right to use it;
- the content does not infringe third-party rights;
- the content is suitable for production in the requested format.
JumboPrint is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files, including spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect dimensions, poor image quality, or other technical issues that were present in the submitted materials, unless we expressly agreed to correct them.
8. Artwork Approval
Where applicable, JumboPrint may provide a proof, layout, specification summary, or order confirmation before production.
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all final details before production begins, including dimensions, cropping, orientation, spelling, material, and finishing options.
Once final approval has been given and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
9. Pricing
Because each JumboPrint order is custom, prices are generally provided individually by quote.
The final price may depend on factors including:
- product type;
- dimensions;
- material;
- finish;
- quantity;
- packaging requirements;
- delivery destination;
- taxes or other applicable charges.
All pricing will be confirmed before the customer is asked to complete payment.
EU consumers must be informed clearly about price, shipping and other costs before purchase.
10. Payment
Payment is due only after the order details have been approved and an invoice has been issued.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- payment must be made in full before production starts;
- the payment deadline is stated on the invoice;
- production will begin only after cleared payment is received.
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, we may cancel the order or require a new confirmation before proceeding.
11. Delivery
JumboPrint offers worldwide delivery. Available shipping methods may include courier delivery and parcel locker delivery, depending on the destination, package size, product type, and local carrier availability.
Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise. Production and shipping times may vary depending on order complexity, file readiness, destination, customs processes, carrier performance, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
EU rules require traders to explain delivery arrangements and restrictions in advance.
12. Risk and Transfer of Goods
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a third party indicated by the customer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, fails to collect the shipment, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, additional storage, re-shipping, or handling charges may apply.
13. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply, or may not apply, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Because JumboPrint primarily sells made-to-order and custom-produced items, many of our products are likely to fall within this exception.
If a product is not custom-made or clearly personalised, and the statutory withdrawal right applies, the customer must notify us within the legal withdrawal period and comply with the applicable return procedure.
EU consumer guidance expressly lists goods made to order or clearly personalised as an exception to the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
14. Cancellations
Because JumboPrint products are custom-made, cancellation may not be possible once production has started or once materials have been committed to the order.
If a customer wishes to cancel, they should contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we may, at our discretion, allow cancellation. Any non-recoverable costs already incurred may still be payable.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for custom-made goods are handled according to applicable law and our Refund Policy.
If a product is damaged in transit, materially defective, or does not conform to the agreed order, the customer should contact us promptly and provide relevant photos and order information.
Where a claim is valid, we may offer an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
16. Legal Guarantee
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, EU law provides a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods. Sellers are liable for lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period.
17. Limitation Regarding Color, Resolution, and Natural Variations
For printed and decorative products, minor differences may occur due to:
- screen calibration;
- print process characteristics;
- substrate and material properties;
- handmade or finishing variations;
- viewing conditions and lighting.
Such minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, branding, graphics, and layouts, is owned by JumboPrint or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
This section does not transfer ownership of any customer-submitted artwork to JumboPrint.
19. Prohibited Use
Customers must not use JumboPrint to create or order products that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that, in our reasonable judgment, may violate the law, third-party rights, or our internal policies.
20. Website Availability
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may update, suspend, or change parts of the website at any time.
21. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of habitual residence require otherwise.
23. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Consumers in the EU may also have access to statutory complaint and redress mechanisms under applicable law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
